Our large tire services are designed to achieve a full tires life expectancy by reconstructing a tire defect utilizing the same principles used to manufacture the original tire. Traditional repair methods and techniques often lead to fixing the major issues while not always resolving problems that penetrate to the steel structure. Our inspections are thorough from ‘Bead to Crown’ and we make sure the tire won’t be returning by addressing all tire related issues. We don’t utilize ‘quick fix’ methods. Our knowledge of tire manufacturing, taking the time to get all the problems and all activities personally overseen by Keith Materi produces the highest value in achieving a tires full life.

Our services speak for themself. Since February 2010 we have placed over 150 tires in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. Not one of them has failed and only one had a continued issue that was resolved at no cost. Also, not one of the tires we’ve worked on has resulted in the early purchase of a replacement tire due to short-lived repairs. This has resulted in direct savings, reduced vehicle downtime due to tire issues and maximization of the initial tire investment. A typical tire repair service sees approximately 10% of its repairs returned for a second time while Mustang has data to show we’re at less than 1%. When you factor in that our tire repairs equate to full life expectancy we have a final realized cost per hour rate lower than that of the typical tire repair service that don’t yield to the full life expectancy.
